About the Autism & Workforce Learning Skills Initiative

The Autism Workforce & Life Skills Initiative is actively developing employer and community partnerships designed to provide participants with structured, compensated work opportunities beginning at the earliest stages of program participation.

Our objective is to create a workforce ecosystem where capable young adults on the autism spectrum can develop practical skills through real-world work exposure, supervised training, and employment-integrated learning environments.

Our approach

We are building a workforce transition ecosystem where capable young adults on the autism spectrum are provided structured training, behavioral development, and real compensated work opportunities from the earliest stages of participation—creating measurable pathways toward employment, independence, and long-term community integration.

For employers

We help teams recruit, onboard, and support neurodiverse talent through job carving, training, and coaching.
