WHY THIS MATTERS

Research consistently shows that adults on the autism spectrum face disproportionately high

unemployment and Underemployment rates, despite having the capability and desire to contribute meaningfully to the workforce.

At the same time, many individuals lose structured support systems once they graduate or age out of school environments.

This initiative directly addresses that gap by creating a structured pathway:

"FROM DEPENDENCE TO DIRECTION"

Through hands on workforce pathways including technology support, logistics, packaging, assembly, and practical trade-based learning participants gain real-world experience, confidence, accountability, and a pathway toward long-term independence.
